These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and products, including group and private coaching sessions, downloadable digital assets, workshops, and retreats. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By purchasing or using any service, participating in programs, downloading digital assets, or attending workshops or retreats, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services or products.
To access certain services you may need an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your account and password, and notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Group coaching sessions are interactive; participants are expected to engage respectfully. Private coaching is one-on-one and delivered virtually; sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. Late cancellation or failure to attend results in forfeiture of the session fee. Workshops and retreats are limited in capacity and require advance registration.
Digital assets (eBooks, workbooks, journals, meditations, affirmations, guides, courses, etc.) are non-refundable once purchased and for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, copy, or share them without express permission.
All fees are listed on our website and subject to change at our discretion. Payment must be made in full before services are provided unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment platforms; transactions are processed by a secure third-party processor. Refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Group coaching recordings may be available within 48 hours. Private coaching requires at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, or the fee is forfeited. Workshops and retreats follow specific cancellation policies — generally, cancellations more than 30 days before may be eligible for a full refund; within 30 days, a partial refund may apply. Digital assets are non-refundable.
You agree to treat participants, coaches, and staff with respect; maintain a professional attitude; complete program homework; and refrain from harassment, discrimination, or recording sessions without permission. You agree not to make defamatory or false statements about the Company, its founder, coaches, or participants, and to raise concerns directly with us first. We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates this Code of Conduct, without refund.
We do not guarantee specific results. Our coaching is for personal development and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
All content — coaching materials, digital assets, website content, and branding — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use our materials only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise authorized.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
