Due to the nature of coaching services and digital goods, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds. Please read carefully.
All sales of coaching services — individual sessions, packages, and programs — are final upon purchase. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a session has been booked or completed. This extends to promotional offers, discounted sessions, or packages, which are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you wish to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with adequate notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

While we cannot offer refunds for services, we want you to be satisfied. If a session did not meet your expectations, contact us within 72 hours and we will do our best to address your concerns.
All sales of digital products — downloadable content, e-books, software, and other digital files — are final once the purchase is completed and the product delivered.
Due to instant access, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please review product descriptions and any previews before purchasing.
If a digital product is faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase and details of the issue. If we determine the product is faulty or not as described, we will provide a remedy — a replacement or refund at our discretion.

For clients outside Australia: sessions are conducted in English and subject to our local time zone (Sydney NSW). Contact us with any concerns regarding international transactions.

When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you. If you do not show up and have not given at least 24 hours' notice, you will be required to pay the full cost of the booked session. In genuine emergencies, the Company at its sole discretion will determine whether a refund can be granted; qualified refunds are processed within 14 business days.
