What is coaching and how does it work?
Coaching is a collaborative process where a trained professional creates a safe space for you to explore personal or professional goals. Through structured conversations, we clarify your objectives, identify obstacles, and build strategies to move forward. Coaching is future-focused — it helps you set and achieve goals, improve performance, and raise overall life satisfaction. It is not a substitute for medical care; if you are dealing with severe anxiety, trauma, depression, or addiction, please consult a medical professional.
What types of coaching do you offer?
In each program we can focus on one or several areas of your life: health and wellness (fitness, nutrition, sleep, stress); career development (job search, resume, interview prep); relationships (family, friendships, romance); and performance (mindset, motivation, unlocking your potential).
How do I know which program is right for me?
It depends on the season of life you're in and where you want to be in the next 6 to 12 months. Often, focusing on one area lets the others fall into place. The simplest way to find the right fit is to book a free Discovery Call.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Coaching is ideal if you're feeling stuck, seeking clarity, and want accountability to make lasting change. It's not a quick fix. The aim is to break through emotional blocks, drop habits that aren't serving you, and shift your mindset. How long does coaching take to work?
It varies with your goals and focus. Some clients see significant progress in a few weeks; others need several months for deeper transformation. Frequency and length depend on your needs, the program you choose, and how fully you integrate the work.
Do you offer coaching in person?
At this time, all private sessions are virtual, via Google Meet. We do hold in-person events from time to time — follow along on socials to stay in the loop.
Are our sessions confidential?
Yes. All sessions are strictly confidential. You can be open about your challenges, goals, and experiences without fear of judgement.
